We had a GGGGreat time learning about G! We made green glitter grapes, met Mr. G, sang songs about ghosts and learned about Giraffes!
Today we drew faces on cups and then planted grass seeds in the cups! Hopefully in a few weeks we will have hair for our cups!
We used paper plates and crepe paper to make ghosts for the hallway bulletin board
We mixed equal parts of liquid starch, liquid glue and a little green pain to make GOOEY GAK! The kids loved mixing the gak, not to mention playing with it!
We also started on some halloween decorations for the classroom by coloring some candy corns
Thursday was our field trip to the McMahan Fire Station!
Going along with the fire theme, we used paint and saran wrap to mix colors together and make fire!
We also used squirt bottles to put out fake fires

Here are our glorious Giraffe Gs!
They turned out GGGreat!
Songs we sung:
5 spooky ghosts in a haunted house at play, along came a spider and scared the ghost away
